"I liked that the Acala Hotel was different. From the outside it looked like a typical store front, but when you walk inside you're in the hotel lobby. I used rhe stairs and on each level at the top of the stairs was a seating area. It was somethng different. I was exploring just walking around and at the end of one of the hallways was a balcony with a view of the shops on the street. I would recommend the Alcala Hotel. I will stay there again. Also they have a restaurant with very good food. The workers are all very courteous, and helpful. I enjoyed my stay."

"Rooms are excellent. Front desk staff the best ever.Darlene was outstanding in thevservice she provided. Yhe area around the hote leaves a lot to be desired."

"The property was good for the price, but it's rather old and the table and chairs were not very comfortable or useful. They had no ice machine. And I had to carry a very heavy suitcase up and down a flight of stairs to get in and out."

"This property has it all. Views (of Boquete, Volcan Barú, forest. The villa was a 2 bed, 2 bath (all GInormous). Don't get me started on the balcony. It must be at least 400²ft \ 40²m and offered views of the town and volcan Barú. Mallorca and her team are exceptional."

"We had a wonderful time here. The property and grounds around the area are beautiful. And the communication from the hosts was excellent. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!!"
